How to install blogger skins?
Download the blogger skins and Extract the zip file.
For color and the font size, some Blogger skins offer an option to change it from the Dashboard (Dashboard ? Layout ? Fonts and Colors). Here you can see the result directly in the template.
Major changes in the skins needed to know at least a little CSS and HTML. A quick way to modify a skins is change the images in the CSS code, for others with the same dimensions. That is the process to change the header of a design.

For Example:
Extract the zip file in your DESKTOP and which you have downloaded..After that,
Go to DASHBOARD and then Go to LAYOUT..and see in below Picture
Browse the downloaded blogger .XML file from your DESKTOP
After browse the xml file from your harddisk then click on UPLOAD.
Click on confirm and save..
All steps are done and then Click View Blog at top of page.
